This testimony validates the learner’s mastery of particular skills or activities, particularly skills that are difficult to prove with documentation. It should be understood that alongside the witness testimony, there is an expectation of a reflective account from the learners.
A reflective account is a description providing further details on a learner’s activity as validated by the workplace supervisor. It captures what went well, what can be done better, what was learned, and what can be done in the future to improve.
