Written assignment and evidence for practical demonstration of IQA skills whereby trainee IQA would be required to quality assure the work of 2 assessors working with learners of their own for unit 2. Practical component for unit 3 would require trainee IQA monitor the work of 2 IQAs working with assessors of their own. The evidence for the trainee IQA’s performance must be valid, authentic and sufficient for all components of the units.
The course offers self-paced modules. It can be completed within a month to over a duration of 9 months based on the learner’s own pace. However, the course access expires after a year and a re-enrolment charge is applicable.

No, your assessors and IQAs do not necessarily have to be qualified. They must assess and monitor against established standards, which could include centre or industry standards/procedures, personnel specifications, or learning outcomes set by an Awarding Body.
No, it is not required. You will need two assessors to support IQA activities and two IQAs for leadership tasks. However, these do not have to take place in a classroom, as learning and assessing can occur in various settings.
Leading the IQA course involves managing and coordinating the quality assurance within the organisation by overseeing the work of a team of IQAs.
