Upon starting the program and completing a minimum of 15% of the theoretical course, you’ll be paired with real students from our centre. This arrangement lets you familiarise yourself with the course basics and participate in dynamic, interactive virtual teaching sessions.

Within the Trainee Practitioner Positioning program, you’ll maintain a teaching log and undergo observations by a member of our academic team. Constructive feedback will be offered to assist you in meeting industry requirements.
For the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, you will be required to maintain a 30-hour teaching log, including 3 observations.
For the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, you will be required to maintain a 100-hour teaching log, including 8 observations.
Throughout the virtual placement, engage in reflective practice by documenting your experiences, successes, and areas for improvement. This reflective approach enhances your teaching skills and deepens your understanding of virtual education.
