Level 3 CAVA Course Overview
The industry standard assessor course has substituted the A1 Assessor course with the Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (RQF), commonly known as the Level 3 CAVA Assessor certificate. The requirement for an assessor certificate is often mandated by a number of industry sector examinations and assessments. Initially, the A1 Assessor Awards were acquired through D32 and D33 modules, but they were later replaced by the TAQA suite of certifications. It’s important to note here that there are no prerequisites or experience requirements for this assessor course.
At the same time, some institutes also recognise the Level 3 Award in Assessing Competency in the Work Environment as an alternative, offering a quicker and more cost-effective option.
Career Opportunities after CAVA Qualification
Acquiring CAVA qualification opens wide career trajectories for both working and aspiring assessors in several industries including Construction, Early Years, Health and Social Care, Education, Beauty and Hairdressing, Safety Training, First Aid training among others. Mandy Brown –
I’m currently enrolled in both the CAVA and AET courses, and I got a discount by bundling them together. The team was there for me every step of the way whenever I needed help. Feedback on my assignments was quick and clear, giving me the chance to make revisions if necessary. Even as a bit of a technophobe, I found the site easy to navigate.
Matilda Cooper –
All the information on their website is clear, and their communication about services leaves no room for ambiguity. Additionally, they offer their courses at a reasonable price. I would definitely pursue my other courses with this organisation.
