A Witness Testimony is considered as “supporting evidence” as it can be used as a confirmation of the work of the learner’s workplace activities, through a statement from a qualified person. This statement confirms the ability of learners in defined skills or tasks, particularly those challenging to demonstrate by paper evidence. It is necessary to mention that in addition to the witness testimony, learners have to provide a reflective account.
A Reflective Account is a document that describes an activity in detail of learners as corroborated by their workplace supervisor. This includes analysis of successes and failures, reflection and learning, as well as plans for improvement.
This qualification can be pursue by all school teachers, teaching in primary, secondary, or special education. Just make sure the students you support are in Key Stage 1 and older than five.
